Terms of use

These terms govern access to the PataPesa application platform. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Applications

Submitting an application is a request for assessment, not a promise of credit. Approved terms must be reviewed and accepted before disbursement.

Your registration declaration

You must use your legal identity and provide information that is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. PataPesa keeps the submitted answers and declaration version as an application record. Registration, administrative activation and identity verification are separate steps and none of them alone creates a credit agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not impersonate another person, provide fraudulent documents, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access.

Repayment

Repayment obligations are defined in the agreement presented for an approved loan. Contact support promptly if you anticipate difficulty paying.
